The Haddon Restaurant

The Haddon Restaurant is the pride of The Izaak Walton Hotel and has been awarded two AA Rosettes and recommended as a top fine dining restaurant in Derbyshire. With breathtaking views of the Dovedale valley and creative interpretations on traditional dishes the Haddon Restaurant is the place to dine in style. >All dishes are created using locally sourced ingredients and the hotel believes it is important to support the local businesses around the Dovedale area.

In the evening the Haddon Restaurant Menu offers a magnificent selection of five starters, five main courses and five desserts. All of our desserts are homemade.
The service is attentive and knowledgeable and the dishes are enhanced with an excellent selection of fine wines from respected worldwide vineyards.

The Haddon Restaurant is able to cater for special occasions and private functions and Parties.

The Haddon Restaurant is open Monday to Sunday from 7-9pm and the Haddon Restaurant Menu starts at £35.00 per person.

During the day the Haddon Restaurant lunch menu is offered at £23.95 per person, served from 12 – 2pm. (Reservations are required to dine in the restaurant)

As well as the Haddon Restaurant, The Izaak Walton Hotel boasts the warm and welcoming Dovedale Bar which is located in the oldest part of the building.

Guests can enjoy light snacks and informal meals in the Dovedale Bar. The Head Chef prides himself on using fresh local produce and he and his brigade produce bar snacks to high consistent standards.

We also offer a range of Afternoon Teas which can be enjoyed on the lawns.
